David S. Denver, CO Description: This page was done completely on my computer. The clip art is from Cliptures Volume 42 Birthdays. The layout program used was Micrografx Windows Draw 6. The font is DJ Fiddlestix. I created a blue background in Draw. Next, I imported the photographs and used Draw's "Slice" feature to crop each photographs into a circle. A colored circle was added behind each photograph as a frame. The Cliptures images were imported, scaled, and arranged on the page. Then the text was added. Draw lets you put text on a curved line which I really like! The page was printed on glossy coated inkjet paper, the blank edges were trimmed off, and the trimmed page was mounted on a piece of colored card stock. |
