And they're off!
Journaling was done on the computer. The topper was created in Microsoft Works 4.0 and printed on a card that I bought in a stationary store. My instructions - The whole idea is to tape the die-cut to a piece of printer paper and print directly onto the die-cut. Decide how far down the page you would have to go so that the printing would be on the die-cut and also the whole die-cut would be on the page so as not to get trapped in the printer. Move your curser down to that point and center the printing. Type and print your message. Put a little glue or tape runner on the back of the die-cut and take the printed page out of the printer. Place the printed page onto a sunny window and hold your die-cut over it. You should be able to barely see the printing through the die-cut. Once you get the printing lined up just where you would like it to be then, stick the die-cut into place. Take the page back to the printer and run it through again. This time the printing will be on the die-cut.

Great Technique Terri!!
